Intensives and Retreats
Sometimes, hourly sessions are not enough to jumpstart the change you want to make. Maybe you have been in therapy with a practitioner you like working with but feel stuck.
Intensives or retreats can provide the fuel to enhance and move your healing journey forward.
Intensives are three days dedicated to you or you and your partner. You can expect an attachment-focused, reparative-driven approach that includes psychoeducation, homework, experiential elements, expressive therapies, and time for integration for whatever comes up in the process. Intensives can be their own treatment process, or we can collaborate with outside providers.
Retreats are destination-based, five-day immersions. You can expect holistic care, deep dives into the origins of maladaptive patterns, uncovering the “why” related to self-sabotaging behaviors and strategies. From here, we work to improve internal understanding, communication, and cooperation for actionable change.

This an accelerated course for licensed clinicians to support clients in outpatient ketamine treatments. This is not meant to be a full ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) training. Rather, to increase skill and confidence in supporting your clients through their healing journey within your existing therapeutic relationship.
