Support for Touring Artists and Crew at Venues.

Access can make all the difference.

My hope.

I have a dream that we can drastically reduce mental health incidents on tours by providing support at the venue. Tours are inherently tough for many reasons. High stress levels, exhaustion, pressure, and distance from support systems are only a few of the challenges that can lead to mood issues, problematic substance use, irritability/anger, and/or self-destructive behaviors, and sadly, even death.

Asking for help can be the most significant barrier to support in these environments. Asking for help can be an inconvenience at best and impossible at worst. But, what if support was already there?

All it takes are willing professionals and cooperation with the venues and tour teams to make this happen for bands and their crews. Early intervention means timely referrals to higher levels of care when necessary, connecting individuals with therapists and support groups, and providing on-site crisis support. This easy access can prevent desperate decisions and possible tragedy on the road.

Want to help make this a reality? Let’s talk.
