Theory
This intensive is grounded in attachment theory and employs a psychodynamic approach to achieve meaningful change.
We will be looking at one’s sense of self in relationship to other people, personal self-worth, messages from our caregiving systems, and more. We will start unravelling the systems that keep us stuck in relationship patterns.
Participants will have an accompanying workbook to deepen the experience and achieve the most benefit.
-
Coaching
Each participant will have one coaching session before the intensive and one session after the intensive.
We strive to help participants prepare for intensive work and then integrate the experience into their lives.
Goals
Participants will identify goals and “mile markers” with their coach in the initial coaching session.
